Shipping & Shipping Charges

The exact shipping amount for your order is displayed during the CHECKOUT after you enter your destination address.

We know that fast reliable service is important to our customers. That is why most of our orders (see conditions below) are despatched by first class mail or 24hr courier on the day of receipt (if received by 12.00pm). Although this usually means you will receive it the next or following working day, we ask that you allow up to 6 working days (12 days non UK orders) of the order date.

Where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to despatch as much of your order as possible. In the rare cases where we are unable to despatch any items immediately, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process.

UNITED KINGDOM
1-3 business days (usually next day)

Heavy Items:
The total shipping amount payable is displayed during the checkout process. Almost all heavy items are delivered by 24hour courier for delivery on working days only (IMPORTANT: see note below regarding "Specialist Items")

Scottish Highlands & Islands, N. Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight:
Orders over 4kg to be delivered to these locations will be subject to a surcharge of £6.00.
Orders to N. Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight that are over 10kg are subject to a £12 surcharge.

Channel Islands:
items over 2kg that are to be delivered to these locations will be charged according to the EUROPE rates (see below)

Specialist Items:
We do have some specialist products (e.g. Some of our Futons) that cannot be delivered in the timescale or cost outlined above.
